Versa is no longer registering my swimming activity correctly

I have the Fitbit Versa, it used to log my Swims perfectly on the watch and the App. all looks fine when I review my Swim on my Watch, when I sync it to the App the results are not correct, eg,  recently I swam 64 lengths in a 25 mtr pool, which is 1600 mtrs and it took just over 1 hr 10 mins, it logged it on the App as 350 mtrs and the Swim time was 42 mins, and No Lengths  !!  Any idea what’s going on?

I am having a similar issue. I swim in yards and will do various sets that include kicking. How i deal with it is to manually add it in to show my total distance. it never records correctly. I add it in as an additional exercise. it also does not monitor any cardiac metrics, so the cardio load feature and active minutes always show zero after a vigorous swim exercise with high heart rate and breathing. This completely messes up any progress it's supposed to be recording. 

I'm not sure what's going on at fitbit, but their quality  has taken a serious decline. I never used to have issues until the last year or so. I'm growing very disappointed with them as are many others. I hope they fix/update soon.

Thanks Kelvin, I went on the Chat option on Fitbit, and went thru everything with an agent, I dont know what they did but all my logged Swims went to the correct Information, and my next Swim in the Pool it logged it correctly, so hopefully they fixed it.
