Versa is not buzzing me when I haven't done my 250 steps.

Versa is not buzzing me when I haven't done my 250 steps.  It did so up to a week ago but I turned it off as I had damaged my knee...I now want it back on but nothing I do appears to turn it back on.  Help!!

@Polyanna15 I'm sorry to hear about your knee. ☹️ I hope you're getting better. Please long press the left button on your Versa to access quick menu and make sure Notifications are ON. Toggle them OFF/ON several times and reboot your tracker (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears).

Thank you so much...it's worked! I hadn't thought of rebooting it😃

 

I had a meniscus repair last year so hoping I haven't done the right knee now.thank you for your good wishes😊
