Versa is not charging & can’t turn on

I went to charge it when battery reached 19%, it was charging over night but to my dismay when I woke up screen no longer any display. I did cleaning of charging tips, used two type of charger as my hisband also has his own unit but still not working. I have reset few times, still didn’t work... It h and i have doI've Done Factory reset, the back and bottom buttons. cleaned the points thinking it might be dirty.  The lights at the back still blinking... i bought the unit at Fitbit online store and the unit is less than a year. Can anyone help?

I have same problem! My Fitbit Versa is not working, it’s 2days now, tried everything even buying the new charger but still it’s not charging or turning on!

Hi, my daughter's fitbit is having the same issue. Ive been trying for 2 days and tried all the recommanded steps and still does not power on. I've tested the charger with my wife's fitbit and it works perfectly. Any suggestions?

This same issue happened to my fitbit versa. I noticed the battery was getting low and put it on the charger, when the screen turned black but was still lit. After waiting for it to charge, it still wouldn't turn on. I have tried the factory reset multiple times but nothing happens.

Hello, I am having similar problems, the battery started draining and so I tried to charge it and it went down the 6%, so I purchased a different charger, tried different places and plugs/computer etc to even get some life back into it and unfortunately it has now gone out completely.  

Please help!

Mine is doing the same thing.  I thought there was some hope this morning when I saw a 0% battery life (which by the way had 40% before I did the factory reset) anyway, cleaned it, charged it, bought new charger, called customer support yesterday, she told me to push both buttons, then just the back button then plug into computer and then we got disconnected.  I have had a lot of fitbits since the zip era, but am thinking if I’m gonna invest this much money into a watch I may consider Apple.
