Hi,
My versa used to connect to GPS on my phone no problem and has recently stopped for no apparent reason! I have followed all troubleshooting suggestions several times to no avail. I read on here that it could be my wireless bluetooth headphones but I haven't changed this! Does anyone have any other suggestions? As mentioned above I have followed all troubleshooting suggestions several times!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know you've already tried to troubleshoot this issue. Would it be possible for you to let us know exactly which troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? This will be very helpful for us to check this further.
Additionally, please let us know your phone model, which OS version is currently running in it and the version of the Fitbit app installed in your phone (go to the Fitbit Account and tap on Account > Help to get it)
