Versa is not connecting to my phone

Hello,

my watch is not configuring with my phone.pls help 

my phone device is-OPPO F7

@darsh6594 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the setup issues that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, I'm afraid to say the the OPPO F7 is not in the supported devices list. This may be reason why your Versa is not connecting to your phone.

 

However, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request of this device in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers and developers.

 

As a side note, you can go ahead and set up your Versa through a computer. Please check out this help article which explains how to to this.

Mine stopped syncing after a charging last night and now I can't even see my 2G Wifi network anymore. Won't show a network list at all. Something has gone wrong and they better fix it immediately.

Wanted to update my post to report that over the weekend I deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it. Afterward, my home wi-fi became available again so I logged into the app and set it back up. All my information reloaded and I didn't lose anything. I had to go back through and set up which apps to receive notifications but I'm pleased to report that I am now receiving notifications again. I can't say for everyone else but this has worked for me so far.
