After download of the latest version my Fitbit versa is not connecting anymore with the app. I tried cancelling app and redownload, reset to fabric functions the watch, remove from the app, put in charge the watch, restart the Bluetooth. The matter is: this is the worse update in the history of Fitbit versa. Could be a problem of the sensors or what? Now the watch is at the fabric reset🙁. Help me pls!

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, try syncing your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hello again. There is nothing I can do with my Fitbit versa. I would like to know if I can send the smart watch or to go in Rome and find a service assistance to see it or fix it. I mention that the guarantee period is finished. How can I proceed? Thank you.
