Versa is not counting active minutes

I walked 30 min three days in a row and also did 30 min on elipitcal each day and it shows o min. It counts the steps but doesnt show active min. My heart rate was 125 124 still not showing. Today it did give me 11 min?

I'd like you to take a look at this help article, which explains how active minutes are earned. If the details are already covered and the issue persists, please restart your watch as described in this help page. This will refresh your Versa internally.

 

Finally, monitor your activities and see if your watch counts active minutes properly.
