Hello @Htsb1964

From your clock face on your Versa 2 swipe upwards until you see the word settings. Tap settings and make sure there is a check mark beside Activity and Hourly Steps. After your don just push the button on the side of your Versa 2 twice to return to your clock face.
😃 Please let me know if this did indeed answer your question

Hello again @Htsb1964

Is your heart rate indeed enabled on your tracker….maybe it got disabled by accident? Swipe your clock face to the left until you see the settings gear wheel. Tap the gear wheel and scroll down and find heart rate and make sure it’s enabled. If is not enabled it. If it is enabled try turning it off then on again. If your still experiencing issues you can try restarting your Versa 2 to see if that resolves the issue. Just press and hold the button on the side of your Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You can look here on how Fitbit tracks your heart rate and tips to help for accuracy: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1565.htm
Hopefully these troubleshooting tips help.
