Versa is not downloading apps

PLEASE HELP my Fitbit versa or device is not dowloanding apps.

1. I press the install button

2. it starts to load or it looks like its installing

3. then it Dosent complete the dowloand and shows the install button again

please leave input I’ve been struggling with this for months

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 isn't downloading your apps or clock faces in the past couple of months, I understand how you must be feeling. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for your time and efforts in trying to solve this inconvenience prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

In addition to the steps you've already tried, please let's try the following ones:

  1. Make sure Fitbit app  and Versa 2 version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa 2 
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app, as well as in the gallery choose the same clock face. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.

No these steps did not work I was not able to dowloand any apps
