Hi my fitbit versa tracker got dead earlier in march, though yesterday i received the replacement tracker, but i see its firmware version as 32.32.12.19., upon checking the fitbit website i see newer versions available for versa, still I am not getting any update option in the app.
Interestingly, fitbit support on email says they can't do anything about this and can't push the update.Infact my older versa had more latest firmware version, features like sleep analysis, 5 clock watch faces were all there on the tracker itself, now they are refusing the update or they don't know how can they help.
Really depressed by the services, guys please help, I think i will be able to get some help here from the distinguished community members

Hi @palashbolia, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is has not installed the recent firmware version. I totally understand how you feel about this.
The firmware update gets to your watch progressively. I recommend to sync your watch constantly and make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed as well.
