Hi. Just got my fitbit and I don't seem to be getting text messages or email notifications on the fitbit. I have all my notifications turned on. What am I missing?

Hi @Sabrinaeve, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not getting text or email notifications even though they are enabled.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
