Versa is not holding charge

I read that sometimes it does not hold charge because it is being used to much. I think that statement is ridiculous. I bought this expensive fit bit to monitor my heart rate awake and sleeping because I have heart problems. I should be able to check the heart rate as much as I would like to do so without the versa shutting down on me.

How long is your battery lasting?  It is hard to tell if it is acting normallly or not without that information.

Fit Bit holds charged about 3 1/2 hours.

Hey @Shirlgirla, welcome aboard! The battery of the Versa normally lasts up to 4 days with normal use. so 3 and half hours seems too short. Have you made sure that you fully charged it? If so, please review the tips in this post to make it's battery last longer and let us know how it goes!
