III bought fitbitufitbit varsa in oct 2019. It was working fine until 5 weeks back when my original straps broke. Then I stopped using it. Now after 5 weeks when I started it, it was lagging and not getting sync to fitbit app. Then I did a factory reset and removed it from my fitbit account in the app. Now when I am trying to pair it again I am only seeing download fitbit app to start screen with fitbit logo on the smartwatch.
I have already restated the watch multiple times, uninstalled-installed it multiple times. Still no success.
Help or support is much appreciated.

Hi @NeerajSingh, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the pairing issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
