I use the original Versa watch, and my partner has the Charge3.
We go out for walks and both activate the connectivity to track our GPS movements. We walk together and march each others pace, but our end results are up to 3 miles different!!
We plotted our route using Google Maps, and my tracking was out by 1.5 miles and his was nearly 3miles on one route.
Is there something we're doing wrong? What can we do to accurately track our routes?
Thanks

Hi @AddieQ, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not providing accurate GPS data.
In order to fix this issue, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. The article also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try in case the issue persists.
Finally, monitor your watch during your next walking activities and see if it provides accurate GPS data.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
