Versa is not providing accurate resting heart rate data

After the last update, my resting HR average went from 62-64 to 71. I’ve never had a spike like this. I’m also seeing active zones spike in the middle of the night, but this is not shown in my hr dashboard or sleep.

Hi @Shane1072, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is is not registering accurate resting heart rate data. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the screenshots provided that show the inaccurate data in the graph.

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate. Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if it provides accurate heart rate data.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I’ve restarted, restored, factory restored, and uninstalled the app. Same
issue since update.
