I have searched and tried all the troubleshooting steps and I still cannot get messages from Facebook messenger on my versa lite and I use it for work so I need to get this fixed. Super frustrating.

Regarding the Facebook messenger notifications issue, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information from my end, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Also, I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
