My versa 2 is not receiving text messages. It does still receive phone calls. I’ve reset it and gone into my app and phone and set for messages to come in and still nothing. Any advice?

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
