My Versa is not counting my steps correctly. It is giving me too many steps. It was working correctly but all of the sudden (about a week ago) it started giving me too many steps.

Hi restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This resets the internal system of your Versa.

@Lms963 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the steps tracking has become inaccurate.

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner.

In addition, please make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy
