I bought my versa less than two weeks ago and it was working fine. today morning I noticed that the screen is not responding to the swipe from any edge yet it is responding to the buttons pressing.
i reboot it more than 3 times and changed the clock face but it was useless.
Any Ideas??

@Abdullah_Hajri Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not responding when pressing the buttons or swiping it. Thank you for taking the time to restarting it before contacting our forums by the way.
I'd like you to try the following: let your Versa's battery to drain until it turns off. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if it responds to your taps or when you press its buttons.

@JuanJoFitbit it seems that I pressed to accept solution button. the issue is not solved, I drained the battery fully and charged it. still the screen is not responding to the swipes. as before, it is responding to the buttons press and wake-up feature (when raising my wrist).
i think the touch is gone!!! and need replacement.

@JuanJoFitbit yesterday I contacted fitbit support through the live chat and the new replacement versa is on its way to me. Thanks for the support

Hello, my versa is not responding to swipes. I can tap and it wakes up, but I can't tap or swipe in any direction. I can press the button but can't tap to select anything. I've restarted several times and re-synced but still not working.

I'm having the exact same problem with my versa not responding to swipe. Are they sending you a brand new watch or a refurbished one?

I was told that I have to send my watch back (with all components) to Fitbit via USPS before they will send me a brand new watch. I haven't even had my watch for 3 months. I think that having to send in my watch before a new replacement will be sent is completely unacceptable! I use my watch not only for working out but, also to monitor my heart rate!!
