Versa is not responding to taps

Hey,

 

I have been using versa for while now, I recently observed that my versa doesn't respond to taps. I have tried restart, resetting, changing the mode to manual and back to automatic. But still no improvement. Funny thing is it works something, especially if I had recently used the fitbit but when I try to access it, let's say after 3-5 hours, I have to tap more than 3-5 times. And something even after that it doesn't respond.

@sainyam Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't working as it should. Since you already restarted it I suggest you try a Factory Reset. You will need to set it up again after this.

As I mentioned "I have tried restart, resetting, changing the mode to manual and back to automatic." I did that, and followed the similar steps.

 

I have tried that twice already to make sure that it might not be because of stray process by clock watch, even without any apps and fitbit's clock faces it still happens
