Versa is not restarting and not syncing

I have had Versa for two months and it has suddenly stopped working. I charged it to 100 Percent today in the morning but after taking it off the charging dock, the screen went black. I tried restarting as per advice on this forum but the device did not restart either.

Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
