My versa is not sending me any notifications. I tried shutting it off and restarting. Disconnecting ,but nothing works. Can anyone help?

It does sync without problems. Last night I took off the password on my Fitbit and it started working so that’s good my phone is on silence now and it works but I don’t know where you set that up.

If it syncs without issues that's good news. No bluetooth connection issues then. If your phone is in DND/silent mode, you need to make sure your Fitbit app can override it. Go to Fitbit app on your phone, tap on your versa image, go to notifications, and make sure always vibrate option is selected.

I do not have Always Vibrate in my settings on my Versa?? How do I find it? I still do not received message notifications.

@dragonpride Open your Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon, scroll down. I'm assuming you're on Android. perhaps share your phone model and OS.

Thanks! BUT the weirdest thing happened. After I shared on this message board, I played around with my watch (no idea what I did) but now I am getting ALL notifications including texts.
