Versa is not showing active minutess

Not showing active mins have 6 miles over 14k steps and in a challenge and only showing 30 steps. Help,

@Julcase, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I would like to follow up and would like to know if your Fitbit Versa is still unable to show your active minutes and the steps are not being applied to the challenge.

 

In the meantime, restart your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, I'd like you to check out this help article which explains how your watch earns active minutes.

 

Regarding the steps missing on the challenge, I would like to know if any activity was logged manually since manually logged data won't apply for challenges.
