Versa is not starting only logo flashes

Hello

My versa  is not getting on, not getting charged. I can only see 0% and fit bit logo is flashing. No other app or image. Not getting connected to my phone as well. I was not using it for long and now when I try it's not working. Not able to restart also as u can only see the logo. Please suggest.

Hi @Reenashelar  - if your watch is at 0% you won't see the logo.

If you see the logo it is somewhat charged.

Steps to Try

  • charging some more
  • Remove watch entry from Bluetooth
  • Restart watch and phone
  • In the Fitbit App click profile photo
  • With the watch on charge and near WiFi source
  • Click " + Set up a Device"

This should remake a new Bluetooth pair and enable the watch again.
