Versa is not staying in cradle

My Versa is wonderful except I have issues whenever I need to charge it. The first time charger worked great. The second time I had to hold it to charge it and tonight the device won't charge at all.  I've tried plugging it into different outlets. Using different USB ports to connect to and nothing.

I'm very frustrated with this issue.

It's great to see you around @Msanabelle.

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties at the moment of charging your Versa. Please make sure you are doing the following in order to do this:

  1. Plug the charging cradle into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger
  2. Pinch the other end of the charging cradle and place Versa in the cradle. The pins on the charging cradle must align with the gold contacts on the back of the watch. The connection is secure when the percent charged appears on screen.

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy

I took my Versa back to Verizon and they could not get it to charge either.
They returned it and placed an order for a replacement as the lavender/rose
gold SE is out of stock through them.

Thank you

Thanks for the update @Msanabelle, it's great to hear that you will be receiving a replacement. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from the Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Happy stepping. Robot wink
