Versa is not supported on LG Thinq7

I would like to see the list of supported devices updated to contain newer phones including the LG Thinq 7. I fear if this is not done soon I will have to leave the fitbit community as I am not able to sync the versa I recieved as a gift and will need to decide if I want to wait any longer or find a device outside of fitbit that does work. Anybody know how often they update the supported devices my phone has been on the market almost a year now?

Hi, your Phone is indeed not in the lists I know off by Fitbit Supported devices. This does not mean that it will not work with your Versa, but is not tested yet by Fitbit. Keep a close look at this list as this is updated the fastest: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1.

@sweetie8137 I understand how you feel about not being able to enjoy your gift to the fullest. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to confirm that as @SunsetRunner mentioned, your phone is not on the list of tested devices that work with Fitbit products however it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases. I recommend keeping an eye on this page, as it will be listed there when your device is fully supported.

 

@SunsetRunner thanks for jumping in and providing the helpful information about which phones and tablets can be used with Fitbit watch or tracker
