Fitbit what happening with your syncing !
I have to restart my phone , restart my watch and in the end it doesn't work .
Anyone planning to purchase the watch pls don't they have syncing issues .
The watch is good but the connection for Bluetooth and notification sucks big time.

Ok, the time has now come - after several months of not syncing (even though it is paired correctly) and general problem after problem, I am taking a hammer to this piece of rubbish that cost me a decent amount of money, and putting the pictures all over social media so that people can understand what crap this fitbit is. And they will not buy it in future.
Fitbit - you are junk. You don't provide support. You don't let people know that certain mobiles won't sync with this rubbish Fitbit. You are acting illegally by selling a product that is not fit for purpose.
I hope that you go out of business very soon ................ thank you for months of hell ......

I bought it on line today so waiting for it to arrive but I'm no longer wearing the fitbit. It appears I've received my last email from their support today.. They asked me to switch the watch off and on and said that should fix it!! I explained in certain terms that I've been troubleshooting for 6 months and this is not a fix! I said if they were going to pay me I'd continue helping them try to find a fix or a refund.. I've now been advised they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it! Asked me to wait and be patient!

My Versa has stopped after a year and a half. At first it stopped syncing, then it stopped charging. The battery eventually died and it was unresponsive. I stored it in the charger and when I came back it was charged, but the time was wrong. After several hard restarts (held down all three buttons and waited for the Fitbit logo), it became visible from the phone's Bluetooth menu, but it still won't sync. At last check it was charged, but the time is wrong, and although I can see it on the phone, it won't sync.

That's ridiculous that all we can do is restart all devices. If it's an issue with your equipment, we do you resort to having is restart our phones over and over again?
Your equipment needs to be updated and these continual bugs fixed.
I've owned 4 fitbit products
Every Fitbit I have owned has been horrible with synching. I'm about done. This is horrible

I have the same problem as well as all the others, I would like to know when
this problem is going to get resolved.. I just got my Fitbit Versa 2, the
reviews I read did not indicate this as a problem, I am seriously
disappointed. It is easy to see why so many people buy apple products they
thoroughly check out their products before distributing them. Tis appears to
be a problem for many years. Frustrating!

I have until 4/15/2020 to return my Versa 2 for a refund. The Fitbit web site indicates that a Walgreens near my neighborhood is a free drop off location to return my Versa 2. Has anyone actually done this and what was required? Do you simply drop it off with the charger? If by some miracle Fitbit can can resolve our sync issues before then I will keep my Versa 2.

Have you tried the steps in my previous post under this posting? I don't have an LG to try it on, but the steps I outlined in my post have worked for me. I've been using it for weeks with no more syncing issues. Maybe give that a try?

My apologies Mr. Smith, I didn't realize my replies weren't showing under the topic that I replied to. My solution worked for me on the Samsung Note 8 with the Versa. I thought maybe it would be beneficial for those having the same sync issues with the Versa 2 and Android phones. Unfortunately I am not real familiar with the iPhone OS. Maybe you can dig around in the settings and see if there are any protocols you could change though my guess would be because it is Apple, they don't allow as much customization. I can relate to your frustration though. I had to search for a solution on my own with no help from Fitbit, even though I am still within the warranty period. I hope you are able to find a solution.
