Versa is not syncing with my Fitbit app

I have a fitbit versa since I switched my account over to google it no longer syncs along with no notifications. The weather app only does Celsius and not Fahrenheit  even though it is set to Fahrenheit. If I go on the computer everything shows it is working but it is not. I have looked for updates and uninstalled and reinstalled many times. HELP!!!!

Hi there, @TraciLee36. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa.

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Versa is not paired to your Fitbit account. That would explain basically all the issues you're having. 

To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, from the Today tab > tap Devices > device image. If your Versa is no longer paired or has not synced recently, please set it up once again or follow the troubleshooting steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If after the above your Versa is still not showing the correct unit of measurements for your Weather app, I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows both units of measurements, Celsius and Fahrenheit, as not all clock faces will show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit even when you've set it to be that way.
