Versa is not syncing with my iPhone or iPad

I have versa and I am nit able to connect it with my iPhone or iPad. I have logged out, uninstalled the app and performed a factory reset on the fit bit and still it is not being recognised by my phone

Hi there, @Manda0282. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I'll do my best to assist you with this. 

 

I'd suggest doing the following:

 

  • Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows the Versa 2 as a connected on your devices. If so, please unpair/remove it.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.

 

If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

 

Also, please make sure that your phone meets the requirements listed here.
