Versa is not tracking heart rate.

Just today I noticed that the heart rate monitor - which is still showing green - is no longer registering a resting bpm and the sleep stages for last night did not register. I am not sure how to turn off the Versa to do a reset; Any ideas on how to rectify?

 

UPDATE:

I called support and Monica was great. This was totally a user error on my part.  I am new to Versa and didn't realize there is a setting which turns the heart rate monitor on and off.  She showed me where that was and I turned it back on.  I am not sure how it was turned off, but I am back in business now.  Thanks!
