Versa is not tracking heart rate

I've tried everything to get my heart rate function on Versa to start working again. I can't find on the new dashboard where to make sure it is turned on. The function is turned on on the versa itself. No blinking lights on the back.

My bpm stopped this week. No green lights.

Have tried many suggestions to no avail.

I am having the same issue with my Versa. It is not tracking my heart rate, activities, or sleep. I have tried all the suggestions in your help articles but it still isn’t working. I get steps and time. The green lights on the back are not on. Also just installed the latest update for the app. but still nothing. Thanks for any help.

Today the green light came on and was tracking heart rate throughout the day.
Tonight for no reason, it stopped again ☹

I actually ended up contacting customer service and they offered to send me
a new Versa or half off of another product. I ended up ordering the Versa
Lite at half price. My old Versa now doesn't hold a charge for one whole
day. Not sure what happened. Maybe contact customer service and hopefully
you are still under warranty.

Same problem here for me.  I tried everything in the support article as well  as factory resetting, but the heart rate tracker doesn't work, and the green lights are not working.  It's also not tracking sleep, and the step count goes up just sitting on the counter.

Thanks for the info.
The watch was already replaced due to another issue in 2018.
I am no longer under warranty.
