My Fitbit isn't counting my active zone minutes at all. Even after working at high intensity at the gym. Ive tried moving it up and down my wrist but still no AZM. Any ideas? Usually my Inspire would recognise about 40 AZM per day but my Versa hasn’t clocked any so far.

Hi there, @KEME1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped tracking your AZM. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa by following these steps. In addition, make sure that the contacts on the back of your device are clean. For more information, see How do I clean my Fitbit device?
