Versa is not tracking my data accurately and battery won't hold the charge

Versa has needed charged in the past 2 days when normally goes longer. Not recording activity/steps correctly & hasn’t recorded sleep patterns for a week.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your watch. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

If you continue having issues with your data after the restart, please see How accurate are Fitbit device? and What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

 

As for the battery not lasting as expected, see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Hi I have tried all suggestions but still not recording everything. Heart rate, sleep or zone minutes. Recording steps but not fully. Insure what to do now.
