Versa is not tracking my heart rate accurately

My heart rate has been running at 120-160 most of the day! My pulse is around 55-60. I did a class at 7am for 40 mins. Have removed and re installed. Still the same I’ve tried to restart my versa by holding in the side buttons.... but nothing is happening. Please advise.
