Having problems with my Fitbit versa showing my heart rate and tracking my exercise tried all the troubleshooting tips but still not working

@bertie63, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

Regarding the heart rate and exercise tracking issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to resolve it before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information from my end, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

Regarding the exercise tracking issue, I'd like to share this help page which explains how your your watch tracks your workouts.

I have received new tracker today from Fitbit very disappointed with my first experience of a Fitbit tracker but good customer service and happy with my replacement fingers crossed
