I noticed a couple of days ago that my heart rate monitor on my Versa has got stuck. It is showing a heart rate of 168 bpm constantly. I am not Joe Wicks so not on a 24 hour marathon! It has also blown my zone minutes out of the water.
The lights doesn't seem to be on.
Is it broken or is there a reset that I can do?

Hi @LouisaH77, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not tracking your heart rate accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try turning off the heart rate feature and turn it back on. Then, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I am having the same issue! I’ve restarted it countless times and even was instructed via phone support to do a factory reset. Still isn’t working! Now my screen is black!
