My Versa has been working fine since I got it but the only thing it is not doing is tracking my sleep stages. It tracks as no stages but that can’t be true. Any help would be great!

Hi, that's strange cause 0.30 solved the sleep logging problem that was in version 0.19, which stopped suddenly logging sleep. As fornow, I would advice to reboot your Versa two to three times by pressing and holding the left and right lower button keys untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. See if that will solve your problem. Keep me posted!

@SunsetRunner I restarted my fit bit last night and even wore it higher on my wrist thinking that may be the issue but it still did not log my sleep stages. Just says no stages

Hi, do you have the latest Fitbit app on your phone, if not update it. If yes, try the following:
1. Remove the Fitbit app from your phone.
2. Restart your phone
3. Reinstall Fitbit, switch on BT
4. Sync with the Versa
Hope this helps!!

You have to wait indeed untill tomorrow to see if it will work. Just one other question: is there something else on your display besides the bars? I mean, scroll down and see if there is anything else displayed. like sleep per day and per week. Each day has it's seperate line and name of the day??

@SunsetRunner So I was hitting the “Begin sleep now” button when I was going to bed but I did not do that last night and it recorded my stages. I think that is the trick! Thanks for your help 🙂
