Versa is not tracking my sleep.

I have been wearing a Versa for 3 weeks now and suddenly last night it stopped tracking my sleep. I read and try some “solutions” with no sucess. Anyone facing same issue ?

Hi, do you use the latest Firmware version or still the older one?
