Versa is not tracking my stats accurately

I noticed in the last week that my tracker has been off for steps and activity as I use a secondary app to track my steps as well but for the last four days no activity has been shocked on my watch and I have been logging them from my watch also I'm not sure if it's just not syncing to my phone or what please help.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your steps and activity properly.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your activity. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
