Versa is not tracking my walk

When I go walking with my pram my Fitbit Versa is not tracking my walk unless I manually set it, yet if I’m not pushing the pram it starts tracking after 10 minutes. Also if I go in and manually enter my exercise it is deleting steps and my active minutes??? Please help!!

Hi @natsmiele ,

Those all sound like normal behaviors.

It won't track the walk automatically because it doesn't detect your arm swing. As you found out, manual works.

The auto-detection will kick in after 10 minutes if it detects activity.

If you manually add an exercise, it will overwrite previous data.

but why now does it delete steps when I enter exercise manually? It never used to do this
