Hi. I only got my Fitbit Versa for my birthday a week ago and it's not tracking my sleep or heart rate now. And when it did track my heart rate- it was very sporadic.... on and off. Help please. Green lights on back are flashing!

@Dawnym25, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking your heart rate and sleep. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains a restart process which is helpful for the sleep tracking issue. Once you've tried those troubleshooting steps, please check out this help article which explains how your Fitbit device tracks sleep.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.
