Versa is not tracking sleep score

My sleep score isn’t showing. I’ve wiped my sensor, reset my device, let it lose charge and recharged. I’ve done everything and still can’t get a sleep score.

Regarding the sleep data tracking issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via social media and sent you an email requesting some details from you. Please reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
