Dear Fitbit Team,
It seems that I have a problem with getting the sleeping scores.
The first night it worked properly, but since then I’m not getting any points and those nice details (REM sleep, deep sleep etc.)
I restarted the program on my phone, to get the watch synced again, but nothing happened.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not providing sleeping score data. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how your sleep score is tracked and some tips that you can try in order to have this data tracked properly.

I have my versa for a long time and have been pleased with the sleep information, but something changed over the last few days and I know what it is reporting is inaccurate. What changed?
