Versa is not tracking stats but phone App does

I seem to be having the opposite syncing issue than everyone else does: My phone app seems to be updating fine. However, when I input weight into the phone app, it doesn't appear on the watch, and although my sleep is tracked by the watch, the statistics only show up on the phone, not my Versa. I only started wearing it again during quarantine, so I haven't noticed anything wrong with any of the other statistics (steps, calories, heartbeat, etc.), but they seem fine. Any ideas what may be wrong? Thank you ahead of time for any input!

Hi @aixelboi, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't show the information tracked as your phone's app does.

 

Please make sure that your Versa's firmware is up to date. Please check out and follow the steps listed in this help article in order to learn how to update your watch. If your Versa is up to date, restart it as described in this help article. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
