On vacation, my versa stopped working after I entered the pool (up to 3ft deep!)
I rebooted it and it worked again, but since then, the battery does not last the whole day. I have cleaned the terminals and been charging it everyday, but this morning, it will not count my steps taken. Still showing 0 steps for today. Please help.

Hi, it's my assumption that your Versa suffered from water damage. did you dry it thoroughly after swimming, also the band? Try this and skip the battery test. Hope this helps.

Hi,
I have now tried the many suggestions, rebooting 5 times, cleaning the terminals, etc and it is still going flat by the end of the day. Please advise.
