I have had my Fitbit for almost two years now and have raved about it to everyone I know but that might change now. Yesterday I woke up and noticed that it was not tracking my steps or my heart rate. I hit the middle button and the bottom right button to see if that would fix the problem but it didn’t. Then I flipped it over to see if there was gunk covering the sensor but there wasn’t. However I did notice that there was water in the sensor and I’m not sure how it got there. I don’t shower with my Versa on and I try to clean it after a few workouts (as I’m a fitness instructor and am always using the timer). I have now noticed that it has started to die in the middle of the night it has a charge of 63% when I go to bed. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to fix it? I loved my Versa and I’m not sure what happed to it.
