There is clearly a bug somewhere as a simple search through this forum shows a lot of cases of Versas dying out after factory resets. Today this happened to me FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!
My initial Versa was glitching so I was advised to do a factory reset. I did and guess what? It couldn't turn on again no matter what I tried (pressing buttons together etc). So I contacted support and they send me a replacement since it was well within the warranty.
Now the replacement Versa: I decided to give it to my girlfriend to try for a couple of days so I wanted to wipe it clean so I give it to her like nice and new. Can you guess what happened next? Surprise surprise, Versa is not switching on again!!!! I tried, of course, to press down left and bottom right buttons, no use. Then I saw another approach/solution, hold down all three buttons and then let go of the bottom and so on. Nothing, no outcome. The watch is kept in the charger just in case, although I think there is another bug there, I think it's not charging when it's off.
Very frustrating and disappointing, I won't even bother asking for a second replacement.

Just to be clear, because I see some messages here in the forum that the pressing of all three buttons needs to last for almost 3 minutes: I have tried to keep them pressed down for almost 5 minutes until my fingers started hurting and couldn't take any more. The device doesn't turn on
