Fitbit is blank with just the logo so I charged it over night. In the morning I still just got the logo and it saying it had 0% charge even though it was on the charger all night.

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

So versa turned on however it’s not vibrating for notifications or allowing me to us the touch screen to look at foot steps/ best rate/ slide up.
