We bought this versa for my mom after all the good experiences my husband and I had with our Fitbit (different model). It was a Christmas gift and now the device is not working, it suddenly just went off, we charged it but is not responding, is totally dead.
Charger is not the problem because we bought a new one thinking that was the issue.
She is pretty sad because she was able to track her heart beat, and steps. She has an android LG phone linked to her Versa.

Hi, restart the Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that works, then put the Versa in the charger and connected to PC and leave it there for at least 2-3 hours and see if it will wake up after this time. If this procedure does not work and you see no Fitbit logo, contact Customer Support, ask for a battery test and tell them that your already tried the restart procedure.
