Versa is not turning on

Hi, recently I purchased a FITBIT VERSA, Since 3-4 months it was working perfectly.

But yesterday when I put it on charging for quite a while and then tried to turn it on then nothing happened, i.e the watch isn't responding at all.

I then tried to reset the watch by following the procedure explained on this forum i.e to hold the back button and the lower right button for about 10 seconds. Then also nothing happened.

Kindly help me up with what to do, or how to get the product replaced.
